2027 HDVL TEAM REGISTRATION GUIDE

Registration for the 2027 HDVL season opens November 10th at 10am

Registrations Available on TM2SIGN.COM > Search "HDVL"

Follow the steps below to register your team(s) for High Desert Volleyball League (HDVL) events.

1. Create a TM2Sign Account

Go to TM2Sign.com and create an account if you do not already have one.

2. Create Your Club

Once logged in, create your club on TM2Sign.

When setting up your club:

  • CLUB NAME: Enter the full name of your club.
    Example: Rise Volleyball Academy

  • CLUB ALIAS: Enter the short name you commonly use for your club.
    Example: Rise

  • Check the box allowing the system to use your Club Alias when creating team names.

  • Select “We participate in AAU events.”

3. Create Your Team(s)

Under the Teams tab, select ACTIONS → Add Team.

Complete the team information as follows:

  • Team Name: Do not include your club name. Enter only the specific team name, typically the age group and coach or team identifier.
    Example: 18 Steve
    Your club name will automatically be added when you register for an event.

  • AAU Team Identifier: Not required. You may enter your club code if desired.

  • Gender: Select Female when registering for girls divisions.

  • Type: Select Juniors.

  • Age Group: Select the appropriate age division based on the age of the oldest eligible player on the team as of June 30, 2027. Players who do not meet the standard age requirements may only participate with prior HDVL approval.

  • Team Rank: This represents the team's ranking within your club. If your club has multiple teams in the same age division, rank those teams according to your club's internal ranking.
    Example: If your club has three 15U teams, rank them 1, 2, and 3.

4. Register for an HDVL Event

Once your teams have been created:

  1. Click the Enter Events tab.

  2. Type “HDVL” into the search box.

  3. Locate the event you would like to enter.

  4. Click the blue Team Registration button on the far right.

  5. Select the appropriate division for each team you are registering.

  6. Review your selections and click Submit Pending Registrations.

You will only be able to select divisions for teams that meet the age and gender requirements and have space available.

Payment

Registration fees may be paid by credit card directly through TM2Sign.

Please include the tournament date and team name in the Venmo comment so we can correctly apply your payment to your registration.
